Cooking method
Add sugar, salt and vegetable oil to kefir, stir. Pour flour mixed with soda, knead the dough. Knead it with your hands until it stops sticking to your hands and the table. Cover the dough with the cup in which it was kneaded, let it stand.
For the filling, boil the eggs for 8 minutes, cool, then peel and finely chop them. Rinse the greens, dry and finely chop. Add dill to the eggs, add salt and put a couple of tablespoons of melted butter. The filling is ready. Cut the dough into 20-22 pieces. Roll out each piece, put a spoonful of filling in the center and make pies. Heat a frying pan and fry them with oil. Put the finished pies on a napkin. Pies fried on kefir are better served hot, although they are also delicious when cooled down.
