- Stir the sugar, salt, and oil into the kefir. Add the flour combined with the baking soda and knead into a dough. Knead by hand until it no longer sticks to your hands or the counter. Cover the dough with the bowl you mixed it in and let it rest. For the filling, boil the eggs for 8 minutes, cool them, then peel and finely chop. Rinse the dill, pat it dry, and chop finely. Stir the dill into the eggs, season with salt, and add a couple of spoonfuls of melted butter. The filling is ready. Divide the dough into 20–22 pieces. Roll out each piece, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and pinch the pies closed. Heat a skillet and fry them in oil. Set the finished pies on paper towels. These kefir pies are best served hot, though they're tasty cooled down too.
