Heat the milk a little, add sugar and a bag of dry yeast there, mix well until the sugar and yeast dissolve, and together with a small amount of flour we send it to a bowl.
While we put the bowl in a warm place, covering it with a clean towel, let it stand for 15-20 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and salt, add together with vegetable oil to the dough, mix well. Stirring the dough, gradually pour in the flour. When it thickens, we knead it with our hands.
Cut the dough into small, equally sized pieces. We knead each of them with our hands into a round cake. We spread the tortillas on a floured surface.
It's time for the filling, you can use any. Carefully lay out our filling in the center of the tortilla and seal the edges. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and warm it up. We put the pies seam down. Fry them on both sides until they are covered with a golden crust. We spread them on a towel to allow excess oil to drain. Ready-made pies can be served to the table. Bon appetit!
