Cooking method
- Sift the flour, add the salt, mix, and slowly pour in warm water while stirring. Knead the dough, then set it aside to rest for about 20 minutes (wrap it in plastic wrap or put it in a covered container). Make the filling: run the meat through a meat grinder together with the onion, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add a little water. Roll the dough out thin and cut out circles (I use a plate or a cooking ring). Place the filling on one half of each circle and pinch the edges shut; if you want them to look nice, crimp the edge with a fork. Fry the chebureki in hot vegetable oil on both sides.
