Step-by-step cooking
1. Mix powdered milk, flour, sugar, cardamom and baking soda in a bowl. Gradually pour in whole milk and mix until you get a dense and elastic dough.
2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin approximately 2- 2.5 cm in diameter. With the help of a glass, cut out circles, as on dumplings, and in the middle cut out small circles with a stack. They turned out like a steering wheel.
3. Heat the frying oil in a deep fryer or frying pan, fry on both sides over medium heat (you can fry the middle too.) During frying, gulabjamuns increase in volume by about two times. Spread on napkins so that the excess oil is gone.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
