Make croutons from a loaf - I do it in a toaster, although it is possible in the oven.
Sprinkle the croutons with olive oil and rub well with garlic.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces (cubes, strips), chop the garlic.
Add salt, chili pepper and black pepper, olive oil, basil to tomatoes.
Put the tomatoes on
