Honey Chicken Wings in Honey-Soy Sauce
The honey sauce gives the wings a zesty flavor and a crispy glaze. The full name is a bit of a mouthful — honey wings in honey-soy sauce — so it often gets shortened to just "honey sauce." I think the name says it all. Here's exactly how I make this treat.

Cooking method
- I recently found a couple of pounds of chicken wings in the freezer that I'd completely forgotten about last week, and decided to turn them into something tasty right away. I settled on honey chicken wings in honey sauce. Here's how it goes. Start by rinsing the chicken well and patting it dry with a clean paper towel. Lay the wings in a hot, oiled skillet and fry them on all sides until golden — this takes about 15 minutes. Now stir the honey into the soy sauce (I usually use a garlic-flavored soy sauce), then add the very finely chopped garlic and chopped fresh dill. Pour this mixture over the cooked wings and simmer for another 7–10 minutes. Once all the wings are done, serve them with rice or vegetables. Enjoy!
