Step-by-step cooking
I chopped the chicken carcass into pieces and sprinkled with salt. I melted butter in a saucepan, added celery and spices to it.
Then I put chicken pieces in there, poured boiled water and stewed until the meat was soft, not forgetting to turn over and add water. 20 minutes before cooking, I added three cups of chicken broth to the pan.
While the chicken was stewing, I fried the flour in oil in a separate pan, poured the broth into it, added vinegar, lemon juice and a little sugar. I waited until it boils, strained and added prunes, which I previously washed, poured boiling water and left to stand for about an hour and a half.
I poured the cooked sauce over the chicken and gave it time to boil a little more.
I am very glad that I came across this culinary recipe. My family loves chicken with prunes very much!
