A wonderful dish of French cuisine is chicken with avocado, which is very quickly prepared and can be a great addition to any side dish: potatoes, rice, pasta, buckwheat and so on. I found a cooking recipe on a women's website, immediately checked it, rated it a five plus. The food turns out to be very light, fresh, great for dieters, even despite the presence of chicken on the menu.
Chicken fillet is thoroughly washed and cut into strips not very thin. Next, peel and slice the zucchini, chop the leek. Put all these ingredients in a frying pan and fry well in vegetable oil. Salt, pepper and put ground ginger. Cut the avocado into cubes, cut the orange peeled from seeds into slices. And we put it all in our dish (in the frying pan, I mean). Separately, fry the chopped almonds in a frying pan and add it to the chicken just before the end of cooking. Mix everything well, put it in a common dish and decorate with fresh dill and parsley.
