To begin with, take the frozen squid, put it in a bowl and pour boiling water. When the seafood is thawed, drain the water and clean the squid. After that, we wash them thoroughly in running cold water. Now peel the onion, cut it into half rings and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. A few minutes before the onion is ready, add the garlic cut into petals. After that, we put the squid cut into thin rings in a container with onions and garlic, salt to taste, mix everything thoroughly. Leave to fry on high heat, stirring, for about 2 minutes, then immediately remove from the heat and cover with a lid. When the dish is infused, it can be served to the table!
