Lavash Snack Rolls
This tasty, easy-to-make snack is sure to win you over! It disappears fast at the table — at my house, there's never anything left from a big platter by the end of the evening, not even a bite to stash in the fridge for morning. These little rolls are also fantastic with a cold beer.

Cooking method
- You'll end up with a wonderful lavash snack if you keep this Armenian recipe in mind. You'll need thin Armenian lavash (flatbread), which you can find at a bakery or a Middle Eastern market. Boil the chicken hearts and gizzards, then grind them in a blender. Chop the green onion and dill with a knife and stir them into the giblets. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix it in with everything else, then add the egg yolks, salt and pepper right away, and stir well — that's your filling. Now cut the lavash into neat triangles, spoon the filling along one edge, and roll each one up into a "cigar" like the ones in the photo, brushing the tips with egg white to seal. Fry the rolls in vegetable oil, then set them on a paper towel to drain the excess oil. Your crispy party snack is ready!
