Step-by-step cooking
Prepare the chicken breast, rinse and cut a "pocket" in the breast, trying not to cut through. Season the finished "pocket" with salt and pepper inside and out. Garlic is passed through a press and mixed with mayonnaise. Lubricate the breast inside the "pocket" with a garlic-mayonnaise mixture
Recently I learned how to cook such food as breast with pineapples. This dish is very tasty and satisfying, and most importantly suitable for family dinners and festive feasts. Now I will tell you in detail about this culinary recipe. We start by making the filling. To do this, take a can of canned pineapples, drain the water from them, cut them into small cubes. Then grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Now mix the prepared cheese and pineapples together with mayonnaise. After that, we wash the chicken breasts, make a longitudinal incision in each of them and fill them with our filling. Then we stab the incision with a toothpick. Now mix the egg with salt. There should be breadcrumbs in a separate plate. Now we take one breast at a time, dip it first in the egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs and fry in oil in a frying pan until ready. We do this with each breast. When they are all ready, we serve them on a platter on the table. Bon appetit!
