So, we begin by washing the meat, drying it and cutting the fillet into small pieces. Then sprinkle with salt according to your taste and distribute it well. Now fry the prepared beef in oil in a frying pan together with finely chopped onions. Do not forget to stir the meat. 15 minutes after the start of frying, add ground black pepper, finely chopped garlic, a quarter cup of boiling water to the meat and then simmer this mass for about 10 minutes. After this time, add salted cucumbers to the beef, cut into strips or small cubes, simmer the whole mass, stirring, for about 5-7 minutes more. We serve our dish with finely chopped green onion.
