Cooking method
- Start by rinsing the beef, patting it dry, and cutting it into small pieces. Sprinkle it with salt to taste and toss to coat evenly. Fry the beef in a skillet with a little oil along with the finely chopped onion, stirring so it doesn't stick. About 15 minutes in, add the ground black pepper, finely chopped garlic, and a quarter cup of boiling water, then simmer for about 10 minutes. Now add the dill pickles, cut into strips or small dice, and continue to simmer, stirring, for another 5–7 minutes. Serve topped with finely chopped green onion.
