Thin Kefir Pancakes
Another original recipe for those beloved pancakes. Thin-batter pancakes are my absolute favorite! Maslenitsa! It's the one time you forget all about diets and eat your fill! Thin kefir pancakes, with fillings or without, are a crown jewel of Russian cooking. My grandmother has her own signature recipe for this treat — thin kefir pancakes. They come out so lacy that you can see the sun peeking through the little holes. And thin pancakes made with starch are really easy to pull off.
