First make the dough for thin pancakes. Beat the egg yolks with granulated sugar with a whisk. Pour soda into kefir, mix and leave for a couple of minutes until it starts to rise.
Add starch and flour to the beaten yolks. Stir well. Then we begin to gradually introduce kefir, without ceasing to interfere.
If you add all the kefir at once, you will get lumps, which will then be very difficult to get rid of. Whisk the proteins with salt and gently introduce them into the pancake batter. And at the very end, we thoroughly mix sunflower oil into the dough.
Lubricate the heated frying pan with oil and bake pancakes, and you don't need to lubricate the frying pan anymore. Starch thin pancakes on kefir are ready, eat and have fun with incredibly delicious food!
