I want to share one culinary delicacy. This awesome culinary recipe was told to me by my great-grandmother, since then beef with tkemali is my signature dish. Now I often delight my loved ones and guests with dishes of Abkhazian cuisine, and everyone is grateful to me for the delicious and hearty food, and my husband boasts to friends that I am an excellent cook.
First of all, take beef meat with a bone, chop it into small cubes, wash it. Add salt and put the meat in a frying pan in preheated oil and fry until a golden crust forms. Then put the pieces of beef in a saucepan, pour the oil from the pan into the pan, add a little water and simmer under the lid until cooked.
Cut onion into half rings, put out in Tkemali sauce for ten minutes. Chop the chili pepper, cilantro and dill sprigs, add to the onion and mix. Pour the resulting mass into a saucepan with beef and cook under the lid. Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve the dish hot.
