Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We take the products from which we will prepare our dish.
Step 2:
Chop the loaf coarsely and soak it in milk. You can use yesterday's.
Step 3:
Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces and chop it with a meat grinder, blender or food processor.
Step 4:
Add a loaf to the minced meat, from which you need to pre-squeeze the excess liquid, mix. Then the resulting mass is re-ground.
Step 5:
Salt and pepper the finished minced meat to taste.
Step 6:
For breading, we will use not ready-made breadcrumbs, but a loaf. Cut it into small rectangles and send it to a hot oven for a while so that they dry up a little and become crispy.
Step 7:
Cut butter into rectangles. From the minced meat with wet hands, we form a tortilla and put a piece of butter in the middle.
Step 8:
Cover with a second minced tortilla, give the schnitzel an oval shape and pinch the edges tightly. Schnitzel should be whole, so that during heat treatment, oil does not flow out of it, which will warm up and become liquid.
Step 9:
Beat the egg with a fork. We lower the workpiece into it and dip it from all sides.
Step 10:
Then we roll it in homemade breadcrumbs. In the same way we make the rest of the schnitzels.
Step 11:
Fry them over medium heat in deep-frying or in a frying pan in deep oil until browned. When all the Schnitzels are fried in Polesie, put them in a baking dish or baking sheet and send them to the oven for 10 minutes. They should then be stored there at a temperature of 170 degrees.
Step 12:
That's it, now you know how to cook chicken minced schnitzel in Polessky. Serve the dish hot.
Step 13:
Decorate with fresh herbs.
This schnitzel tastes like Kiev cutlets. It also has its own features, as you have already noticed - you learned about them in the step-by-step description I made. I really hope that you will like this recipe, and you will often cook according to it. Serve with any side dish and some salad. It will be very tasty!
