Step 1:

When I first saw the recipe with that name, I couldn't help but smile. Fry fresh cucumbers, are you serious? But, since I'm a big fan of cooking something new in my kitchen, I decided to follow such an unusual and interesting recipe, especially since the dish is low-calorie, vegetarian and they can diversify the lean table a little. In general, I liked the result, although I can't say that I'm delighted. Let's say that the dish is for an amateur. However, as a culinary experiment, I really recommend it to you, then you can proudly tell your stunned friends that you ate fried cucumbers!
