Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Add salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste, as well as onions. It can either be cut or ground.
Step 2:
Each cake is smeared with minced meat in a thin layer. We put the cakes on top of each other. The last cake is not lubricated.
Step 3:
Cut into portions. Beat 2 eggs, add salt and water to the half of the shell. Dip the pieces in batter and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil from 2 sides.
