Fried Lavash with Egg and Cheese
A really tasty, filling snack for any occasion! Of the different cheeses I tried, I liked lavash with brynza and with suluguni best. Not long ago I went to a work party at a nice little bar-café, and among everything else they served this delicious snack: lavash with cheese and egg. Naturally, once I got home I looked up the recipe online and made it myself the very next day. My whole family was crazy about it. Want to wow your family or guests? Then follow along.

Cooking method
- Start by heating a skillet and melting the butter in it. Cut two layered sheets of lavash into roughly 6x6-inch (15x15 cm) squares. Working with the double-layered pieces one at a time, dip them in lightly salted water and fry in the skillet on both sides. Then crack a raw egg onto the center of the lavash and spread it out over the whole surface. Fry for a minute. Sprinkle the lavash with coarsely grated cheese, wait for it to melt a little, then flip it cheese-side down and fry for another minute. Take the lavash out and fold it in half with the filling inside. Repeat with the rest. Arrange them on a plate and serve.
