Cut the sausage into small pieces.
Step 3:
Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 4:
Pour boiling water over the tomato, remove the skin and cut into small pieces
Step 5:
Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the sausage and onion. Fry, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes over medium heat, until the sausage is browned.
Step 6:
Add the tomato cubes to the pan, mix again. Fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 7:
Evenly distribute the filling in the pan and break 4 chicken eggs into it.
Step 8:
Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3 minutes, then cover with a lid and bring to readiness.
Step 9:
Put on a plate. Enjoy your meal!
