Step 1:

Then remove and soak excess moisture from the surface of the meat with paper towels. The peeled garlic is passed through a garlic press and smeared on all sides with crushed garlic. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Meat with garlic becomes very fragrant.
