Step 1:
Necessary ingredients. The main ones here, of course, are mushrooms. Absolutely any will do - those that you have in stock: champignons, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms, fresh, frozen or even soaked canned mushrooms. I have frozen pigs that I have left over from the mushroom season (pre-boiled in salt water)
Step 2:
Finely chop the onion
Step 3:
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown
Step 4:
Add mushrooms to the fried onion, fry for 5-7 minutes
Step 5:
While the mushrooms are fried, three cheese
Step 6:
Salt mushrooms
Step 7:
Pepper
Step 8:
Add flour, mix
Step 9:
Add sour cream
Step 10:
Mix and warm up for 3-4 minutes
Step 11:
Mushrooms in sour cream are transferred to a baking dish
Step 12:
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes
Step 13:
Our mushrooms are ready
Step 14:
Before serving, chop parsley or dill
Step 15:
Sprinkle fresh herbs on our dish and put it on plates

Very tasty, satisfying and nutritious even without meat!
