Cooking method
A simple recipe for delicious donuts with chocolate glaze that will delight you and your loved ones! Very soft and unrealistically delicious yeast dough covered with a sweet glaze. It's just impossible to break away from these donuts, especially with tea or coffee. I advise you to cook and treat yourself to such a delicious treat!!!
1)Melt the butter. We send all liquid ingredients to the bowl: milk, melted butter, eggs. Stir .
2)Add sugar, a pinch of salt, dry yeast, vanilla and flour in two steps.Mix all the ingredients with a spoon, and then put them on the table and knead well.
3)After that, the dough in the bowl is covered with cling film and left for 1 hour to rise.
4)After the time has elapsed, we roll out the dough up to 1 cm thick
.
5)With a culinary ring or any round shape, we cut out circles. Then we cut out the middle with the nozzle for the cooking bag .
6)Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it up quite a bit.We send the donuts to the frying pan and wait until they are gilded on one side. (The butter won't curl much, but that's right. So it will be possible to achieve a white stripe in the middle of the donut.)Turn it over and continue to fry. On the other hand, the donut will brown faster.
7)We put the finished donuts on a plate covered with paper towels so that the remaining fat will stack. We leave the donuts to cool completely.
8)To prepare the glaze for donuts, we take white chocolate and sour cream. Crush the chocolate. We send it to a water bath, mix it so that the chocolate completely melts. You can put it in the microwave.Add the dye of the desired color and mix, the glaze is ready.
9)Half dip the donut in chocolate, decorate the donuts with chocolate confectionery sprinkles. This way we decorate all the donuts.Donuts with chocolate are ready!!!
