  1. Step 1:

    Beat the eggs with the milk and salt. Take a new plastic bag, pour the egg mixture into it, press out the air, and tie it shut. Put it inside a second bag and tie that one shut as well.

    Set a pot of water to boil. Lower the bag into the boiling water and let it cook for 20–25 minutes.

    When the time is up, take the bag out of the water, untie it, and turn the finished omelet out onto a plate. The omelet is good both hot and cold! Enjoy your meal!
