Step 1:
Beat eggs with milk and salt. Take a new cellophane bag and pour the egg mass into it, release the air and tie it. Put it in the second package and, again, tie it.
Step 2:
Put a pot of water to boil. Lower the bag into boiling water and leave to cook for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3:
At the end of the time, take the bag out of the water, untie it and put the finished omelet on a plate. Omelet is good both hot and cold! Bon appetit!
