  • Start with the chicken. Take the chicken breast; if it still has skin, remove it and trim off any excess fat. Rinse it and cut it into small pieces. Heat a skillet, add a little oil, and add the chicken. Stir now and then. You can add a bit of seasoning — not too much — and salt to taste. Once the liquid from the chicken has fully cooked off and the meat starts to take on a golden color, turn off the heat. Prep the rest of the ingredients: wash the tomato and cucumber and trim off anything you don't need. Cut the cucumber into thin strips and the tomato into half-moons. For the sauce, it's simple — in a separate bowl, mix the sour cream with the spices. Done. Now assemble: take one sheet of lavash and cut it in half. Spread a thin strip of the sauce along one edge. Lay Korean-style carrots on top — I used about 4–6 forkfuls for 2 wraps — spreading them over the sauce. Next, the chicken: spread half of it over the carrots. Add a little more sauce (just drizzle a bit on top). Then add the cucumber and tomato. Roll it up. You can now toast it in a skillet on each side, or run it through a panini press if you have one. Dinner is served.
