2. Then, add sour cream, pour vegetable oil, mix everything.
3. Now sift the flour with baking powder and knead the elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
4. We form a sausage from the dough, cut into pieces from which we form balls, then press the balls with the palm of our hand to get the shape of a cookie.
5. Spread the cookies on a dry frying pan (without adding oil) and fry until a beautiful blush on both sides (fry under a closed lid).
