Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Combine kefir with warm water, mix with a spoon.
Step 3:
Pour a pinch of salt and sifted flour.
Step 4:
Knead thick dough with a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 5:
Rinse the parsley and finely chop. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese with herbs. Add salt to the filling to taste.
Step 6:
Divide the dough into 5-6 parts.
Step 7:
Roll out each ball into a very thin layer and sprinkle 1 tsp of filling in the middle.
Step 8:
Fold the envelope.
Step 9:
Turn the workpiece seam down, roll it out slightly with a rolling pin or stretch it with your hands.
Step 10:
Put a dry frying pan on a small fire. Put the tortilla and fry until ruddy spots appear.
Step 11:
Turn the tortilla over and grease with butter, turn it over again and fry. The reverse side of the tortilla is also lubricated with oil.
Step 12:
