- Put the egg whites in a bowl and add the rolled oats, salt, and sugar, along with the raisins, cinnamon, and sesame seeds.
- Stir everything together well.
- Drop the mixture by the tablespoon onto a dry, hot skillet (no oil!) and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes per side.
- Serve with tea.
