Cooking method
1. We put the egg whites in a bowl, pour oat flakes, salt and sugar, and also add raisins, cinnamon and sesame seeds.
2. Mix everything well.
3. On dry (without adding oil!!!) we spread the mass for cookies in a hot frying pan (one tablespoon each), fry on low heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
We serve it on the table for tea.
