Step 1:
Prepare the main ingredients of the salad.
Step 2:
Cut the onion into thin quarters of rings.
Step 3:
Spasseruem onion on a mixture of butter and vegetable oils.
Step 4:
When the onion becomes soft and gilded, add the mushrooms to it along with the marinade in which they were stored in preservation. Evaporate the excess liquid from the mushrooms for 7-10 minutes.
Step 5:
Meanwhile, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 6:
Cheese cut into thin and short strips.
Step 7:
We take the finished mushrooms out of the pan, and in their place we send carrots to fry. This procedure will take 3-4 minutes.
Step 8:
Finally, remove the meat from the ham and finely chop it.
Step 9:
Combine mushrooms with onions, carrots, cheese and chicken in one bowl.
Step 10:
Add mayonnaise and black pepper to the ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly. I advise you to add mayonnaise by spoonful: if after the first one it seems to you that there is enough of it in the salad, but you can stop there. If desired, you can add a little lemon juice and salt to taste to the salad, but some of the ingredients already have enough salt, so try the salad before salting it.
