Roe Deer (Venison) Roast

Not sure what to make with roe deer? A roast, of course! For this dish the venison doesn't need any extra treatment or soaking — it comes out delicious and fragrant, with no gamey odors or anything of the sort. I learned this way of cooking roe deer from a hunter, and I'm very grateful to him for it!
