Turn the chicken fillet through a meat grinder. Remove the husks from the bulbs and finely chop them. Pink fragrant ham cut very finely, mix with fried onions, whole milk and flour. Add the minced chicken to the products, sprinkle with allspice and salt to taste. Mix everything and simmer in a frying pan for 25 minutes on low heat. Turn off the fire and cool it. We sculpt chicken dumplings from the mass. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, dip the dumplings in the egg mixture, roll in flour or breadcrumbs and fry in preheated vegetable oil until golden brown.
Crumbly rice, boiled potatoes or pasta can be served as a side dish. A large amount of greenery will emphasize the taste of fried dumplings.
