To cook he, first you need to cut the meat into thin strips and gently fry it so that it does not let the juice. To make the heh tastier, you can marinate the meat with vinegar and onions before frying. Finely chop the potatoes. Boil 2 liters of water and at the moment of boiling add 3 tablespoons of vinegar to it. Salt the water and pour the potatoes into it, which we cook for about 5 minutes, after which we discard them in a colander. Finely chop the carrots. Cut the onion into half rings, and pour a small amount of vinegar for a couple of minutes, then rinse with cold water. We mix together meat, potatoes and carrots, press a garlic clove through a garlic press and add red pepper and soy sauce. Spread the onion on top of everything, and, filling with hot vegetable oil, let it brew for about half an hour.
