Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to put out potatoes with stew in a saucepan? It's very simple, even a novice hostess can handle it. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. I have beef stew, but you can also take pork. It is very important to choose a high-quality stew that has more meat and less fat. It directly depends on the variety. I usually take the Extra variety. There's always a lot of meat in it.
Step 2:
Remove the stew from the jar and divide into small pieces. You can completely remove the fat, especially if you have a pork stew, so that the dish does not turn out to be very greasy. Since I have beef stew, I still left some fat.
Step 3:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes.
Step 4:
Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 5:
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. If you or your children do not like onions, you can not add it at all or add a whole onion during stewing under the lid so that the onion gives the dish all the juices and it can be thrown away at the end.
Step 6:
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Put the onion and fry for 3 minutes on high heat until transparent.
Step 7:
Add the carrots and fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
Step 8:
Add the stew to the vegetables and mix. Simmer everything over low heat for about 5-7 minutes.
Step 9:
Add potatoes to the pot. Pour the suneli hops, salt and pepper, add the bay leaf.
Step 10:
Pour in boiling water. Mix everything well.
Step 11:
Simmer under the lid for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are ready, stirring occasionally.
Step 12:
Arrange potatoes with stewed meat on plates and sprinkle with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
Use oil with a high smoking temperature for frying! Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it.
Unrefined oils, with rare exceptions, have a low smoking point. There are a lot of unfiltered organic particles in them, which quickly begin to burn.
Refined oils are more resistant to heating, and their smoking point is higher. If you are going to cook food in the oven, on a frying pan or grill, make sure that you use oil with a high smoking point. The most common of the oils with a high smoking point: refined varieties of sunflower, olive and grape.
