Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
For the declared amount of vegetables and meat, we will need about a liter of hot, boiled water. You can choose spices to your taste.
Step 2:
We cut the ribs.
Step 3:
Pour a little vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and fry the ribs on it for 20-25 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
Step 4:
While the meat is being fried, finely chop the onion...
Step 5:
...and we do the same with carrots.
Step 6:
When the roasting time of the ribs is over, add the onion to them and cook everything on the same mode for another 5 minutes.
Step 7:
Then add carrots, salt and season with your favorite spices and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Step 8:
Cut the potatoes into medium-sized pieces.
Step 9:
We put potatoes in a slow cooker, fill everything with water, close the lid of the slow cooker. We cook our dish for 50 minutes on the same mode. The finished dish can be decorated with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
