Step 1:
How to make pearl barley with stew in a slow cooker? Prepare the ingredients. You can take any stew, give preference to homemade or stewed meat from a proven manufacturer. Pour 500 ml of hot water, close the lid and turn on the "Quenching" or "Porridge" mode for 1 hour. When the quenching time is over, disconnect the slow cooker from the main mode and leave the pearl barley in the bowl for another 10-15 minutes. You can turn on the "Heating" mode;
Step 6:
Serve the finished pearl barley with stewed meat hot, you can decorate it with fresh herbs. Offer a salad of fresh vegetables and bread to this hearty porridge.
