Cooking method
Minced meat can be taken ready-made or you can prepare it in advance from any meat, but it tastes better from a mixture of beef and pork.
Shred cabbage. Finely chop the onion.
Pour oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, turn on the "frying" program, heat up the oil, pour the chopped onion into it, fry it a little. Add minced meat to it and, stirring constantly, fry it until it is half cooked.
Pour in the cabbage, mix. Add spices to taste. Fill with water and turn on the "extinguishing" program for 2 hours. At this time, you can safely forget about cooking and go about your business. The slow cooker will signal the readiness of stewed cabbage with minced meat.
