Cooking method

1. Cans of the same volume, washed with soda and put to sterilize.
2. Chicken fillet, without skin and bones, cut into pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. You can add your favorite spices for chicken.
3. We lay out the meat in jars up to the hangers and add pepper peas, alternating with bay leaf. We pull the film onto the neck of the jar and pierce it to release steam.
4. We put cans of meat on a baking sheet in a cold oven. Simmer at 180 degrees for about 3 hours.
5. Melt the chicken fat and pour it on top into jars.
6. We roll up the jars with lids and as soon as they cool down, we put them in a cool place.
