Cooking method
Pour the beans into a deep bowl and fill with water, leave overnight.
In the morning, fill the beans with clean water (so that the water completely covers the beans) and send them to the fire. When the water boils, after 5 minutes we drain it into a separate saucepan (the broth will be useful to us).
Pour the beans again, add the bay leaf and boil until ready.
Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the garlic thoroughly with a knife. Fry them in vegetable oil until soft and golden.
Cut the black pudding into cubes (about 2x3 cm), send it to the onion. Fry for 5 minutes.
Cut the chili pepper into small cubes, send it to the frying pan after the blood.
We also spread the boiled beans to the rest of the ingredients, pour the whole set with adjika. But there is not enough liquid, so we compensate for the lack with bean broth, which was drained at the beginning of cooking.
Add salt, pepper and after the broth boils, continue to simmer on very low heat for about 15 minutes.
That's it, the dish is ready to serve.
