Ingredients
Step 2:
Cabbage should be coarsely chopped. Choose a larger frying pan with high edges and a lid. Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the cabbage there, cover with a lid and leave to simmer over medium heat. We have a ceramic stove, I put the fire on "6".
Step 3:
I pour boiling water on tomatoes to make it easier to remove the skin from them. After that, I chop carrots on a large grater, finely chop onions and pass them in a second frying pan.
Step 4:
When they get a beautiful golden color,
Step 5:
Add ground beef to them, mix everything and salt. I close the lid and leave it to simmer over low heat.
Step 6:
I take the scalded tomatoes out of the water, remove the skin and cut them into cubes, about 1 cm x 1 cm in size. I add tomatoes to onions, carrots and minced meat. I mix and stew for about five minutes. After that, I put everything in a large frying pan with cabbage and stew for another five minutes until fully cooked.
Step 7:
At the end, before serving, you can sprinkle the cabbage with finely chopped herbs.
Step 8:
Serve better on large white plates. In my opinion, this food looks especially advantageous in them.
Step 9:
Bon appetit!
To make the cabbage more tender, the cabbage itself can not only be stewed in oil, but add 1 cup of milk there. The cooking time will increase by 20-30 minutes - you need to simmer.
