Cooking method
There are people who don't eat meat at all, and there are those who eat everything that moves, jumps and flies. I love lamb stew very dearly. And especially lamb with cabbage as in this recipe.
And so, cut the cabbage into several parts by removing the stalk. Chop into small cubes. Wash the lamb, soak it a little in cold, slightly salted water, wipe it and finely chop it into pieces. Onion is also cut into cubes. Chop the broth cubes and dissolve in water.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry our lamb for about seven to ten minutes. Stir constantly, fry the onion and add the cabbage. Put out for 6-8 minutes. Pour in the dissolved stock cube, sprinkle with cumin, mix everything and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer for a little more than an hour on a quiet fire. Dice the raw potatoes, put them in a frying pan, mix with the meat. Leave covered with a lid until the potatoes are boiled, stirring constantly. According to taste preferences, season with salt and ground pepper. And then, set aside and hold this wonderful food under the lid for a while
