To begin with, he thoroughly rinsed the beef tongue. Then he poured some water into a small saucepan and put it on the stove. When the water boiled, he put the beef tongue there, salted it and turned down the fire. After that, he peeled the onion, cut it into half rings. I took a large cast-iron frying pan, poured sunflower oil into it and put it to warm up. Next, he put the onion in a frying pan and fried it until golden brown. He cut the tomatoes into thin slices, added them to the onion, salted and peppered them, and left them to simmer over low heat. After that, he thoroughly washed the dill, peeled the garlic. He crushed the dill and garlic and put them in a frying pan. Beef tongue was taken out of the pan and sliced and added to the mass with onions. After that, he added salt and pepper, mixed all the ingredients and left on the stove for a few minutes. He cooked for about 2 hours.
I liked the recipe so much that I cooked it. The taste of this food was piquant and unusual. Try to cook Stewed beef tongue according to the recipe of our skillful chef.
