Step 1:

Finely chop the cabbage and pour hot water over it. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. This is necessary in order for the cabbage to become soft. Then discard the cabbage in a colander and let all the water drain.
Step 4:
Take a comfortable, spacious bowl to mix the minced meat. Combine the prepared minced meat, boiled rice and soft cabbage in it.
Step 5:
Then add the egg and a spoonful of sour cream. Add a little salt and spices to taste.
Step 6:
Mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
Step 7:
Peel onions and carrots and rinse them from dirt. Turn on the slow cooker to the "Frying" mode, pour a little vegetable oil. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Put the chopped vegetables in a hot bowl of a slow cooker and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
Step 8:
At this time, separately heat the frying pan and pour vegetable oil. From the meat mass, make balls and fry them on high heat so that the meat is sealed from all sides.
Step 9:
Put the fried balls in a slow cooker with vegetables.
Step 10:
In a separate glass, mix water, sour cream and tomato paste. Add salt.
Step 11:
Pour the meat balls with the resulting sauce and turn on the slow cooker to the "Stewing" mode for 60 minutes. Focus on your slow cooker.
Step 12:
After the specified time, the slow cooker will emit a sound signal indicating that the dish is ready. Carefully open the lid, arrange the lazy cabbage rolls on plates and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
