How to make lazy cabbage rolls with Peking cabbage?

Another experiment. I really like lazy cabbage rolls, but I don't really like white cabbage in them. Therefore, I replaced it with Beijing. And if you still have salted tomatoes, which, to be honest, have been fed up over the winter, try to cook such a spicy sauce (but spicy in moderation!!!). It perfectly complements cabbage rolls.
1. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Add to the onion and garlic together with the released juice. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
2. Then add flour to the tomatoes, mix quickly and add hot water in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Add pepper (salt if necessary), sugar and bay leaf. Simmer all 10 minutes.
3. Add sour cream to the sauce, mix well, keep on fire for 2-3 minutes. And turn it off.
4. Mix the minced meat with boiled rice and finely chopped Peking cabbage, season with salt and pepper. Knead the minced meat well. Form the blueberries and put them in a baking dish. Remove the bay leaf from the sauce and pour it over the cabbage rolls. Cover the form with a piece of foil and send it to the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200g. Then remove the lazy cabbage rolls from the Chinese cabbage, remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven until the cheese is completely melted and browned. Bon appetit.
p.s. for the uniformity of the sauce, you can beat it in a blender.
