Spaghetti Meat Nests
Pasta with ground meat — it sounds simple, but it makes a hearty, delicious meal, and it comes together fast. Let me introduce a wonderful Italian-style recipe called "nests." We'll shape them from ground meat and pasta. This dish cooks up pretty quickly yet looks festive on the table, so it's fair to call it a special-occasion dish.

Cooking method
- First, finely chop the onion (2 of the 3), then fry it in vegetable oil until golden. Stir in an assortment of dry spices to taste and season with salt. Add the tomato paste and mix well. Pour in the broth (plain boiled water works just as well in place of broth). Separately, chop the third onion and mix it into the ground meat, then season with salt and pepper. Now boil the spaghetti the way you usually do. Twist it into about 12 little "nests." Set a round meatball, shaped from the ground meat, in the center of each nest. Arrange all the nests in a deep, high-sided skillet. Pour the tomato sauce over the top. Cover and keep over low heat until fully cooked — about 20 minutes.
