Step-by-step cooking
First, finely chop the onion (2 pieces out of 3), then fry it in a frying pan in vegetable oil until the onion turns golden. Pour various dry spices to taste into the onion, salt it. Put the tomato paste, mix well. Pour in the broth (instead of broth, you can easily use ordinary boiled water). Separately, cut the third onion head and mix it with minced meat. Salt and pepper.
Now we boil the pasta in the usual way for ourselves. We form 12 pieces of them so-called "nests". In the center of each nest we put one round meatball made of minced meat. We put all the nests in a frying pan with high walls. Pour tomato gravy. Cover with a lid and keep on low heat until fully cooked. It will take about 20 minutes.
