Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the products. Cut the carrot into small pieces.
Step 2:
Also cut the onion into small cubes.
Step 3:
Put the carrots and onions in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4:
Cut rabbit fillet or any other meat into large cubes.
Step 5:
Now we put the chopped meat in the duck house, put onions and carrots from the pan, salt, add spices and bay leaf, pour water and mix.
Step 6:
Put the filled duck house on a high heat and let it boil, after which we turn down the fire.
Step 7:
Cover the duck house with a lid and stew pork with onions and carrots for 2 hours. During stewing, lift the lid a couple of times and mix the meat with vegetables.
Step 8:
Serve the stew hot.
I cooked in a duck house, but you can cook this dish in any convenient dish for you: a saucepan, a frying pan with high walls, etc.
