Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
1.Prepare all the necessary products. Make minced meat from any meat, or pre-defrost. I have minced rabbit fillet. You will need pasta in the form of nests. Peel the onion and garlic, rinse in water.
Step 2:
2. Put all the minced meat in a deep plate. Pour black pepper and salt, mix. You can also add chicken seasoning or ground coriander to the minced meat.

Step 4:
4.Place the required number of pasta nests in a deep frying pan. It should be remembered that the nests will increase during extinguishing.
Step 5:
5.Make small cutlets from minced meat, put them in pasta nests. Cutlets are well formed if they are made with wet hands.
Step 6:
6.Pour warm water into a frying pan, it should cover the nests for 2/3 of the parts. If desired, you can salt the liquid and add spices, or bay leaf. Cover the pan with a lid.
Step 7:
7.Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and cook the nests with minced meat for approximately 25 minutes. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Turn off the heat, sprinkle the macaroni nests with cheese, cover with a lid. You can serve it to the table in 5 minutes. Very fragrant and delicious pasta with meat patty. Enjoy your meal!
