Cabbage and potato solyanka with pork

Cooking method
Cut pork into small pieces and fry it in preheated vegetable oil for 15 minutes. Then add the grated carrot and finely chopped onion to the meat, fry for about 10 minutes more. Add the tomato paste and mix well. We shift the contents of the frying pan into a saucepan. There we also add peeled and diced potatoes and cabbage. Mix, pour water so that it covers half the contents of the saucepan, add spices to taste and bay leaf. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 25 minutes.
Served with fresh herbs, optional, mayonnaise or sour cream.
