Prepare the ingredients. Pasta can be taken of any variety and shape. Minced meat will taste better mixed from pork and beef, taken in equal parts. It will turn out a more juicy, fragrant and fatty dish. Pour sunflower oil into the pan, heat it up. Fry the minced meat over medium heat, breaking the lumps with a spatula. Fry the minced meat until a golden crust forms. Onions are cleaned and finely chopped with a knife. Carrots are mine, cleaned and grated. Tomatoes are washed, scalded with boiling water, peel and cut into small cubes. Bulgarian pepper is washed, cut out the stalk with seeds, cut the pulp into strips. Garlic cloves are cleaned and passed through a press. If you don't like the taste of garlic, you can not use it for cooking, but it perfectly complements the set of vegetables and slightly improves the taste of minced meat.Carrots and onions are sent to a frying pan with minced meat, stir and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes. Now add tomatoes, bell pepper and garlic, continue to fry for about 5 minutes. Put tomato paste and spices to taste in a frying pan, mix and simmer for another 15 minutes under a closed lid. In parallel, we put the pasta to cook. Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil, salt and drain the pasta. Cook them for 8 minutes until al dente is ready. If you do not want to mix pasta with minced meat and vegetables, and minced meat with vegetables will be served as gravy to pasta, then the latter should be cooked until fully cooked, within 10-12 minutes, depending on the variety and the instructions indicated on the packaging by the manufacturer. Drain the water, throw the pasta into a colander, let the water drain, send the pasta into a frying pan with minced meat and vegetables. Stir and keep them on fire for another 5-7 minutes under a closed lid. Turn off the fire. The dish is ready. We serve pasta with minced meat and pasta for lunch or dinner for the whole family.
