Step 1:

Add salt to a plate with minced meat with a mixture of peppers to taste and mix until smooth, set aside to soak in the aroma of spices for ten to fifteen minutes.

As soon as the minced meat is soaked with spices, we slowly fill each cut in the eggplant with it abundantly.
