Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make meatballs in tomato sour cream sauce in the oven? First of all, put the rice to cook. Boil it according to the instructions on the package. Then flip it into a colander and let the water drain well.
Step 2:
While the rice is cooking, prepare the minced meat. To do this, cut the meat into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder.
Step 3:
Put the minced meat in a spacious bowl in which you will knead it. Add the onion to the minced meat, also passed through a meat grinder.
Step 4:
Then add the boiled rice, egg, salt and spices. As a spice, I use dry dill and a little pepper mixture.
Step 5:
Mix everything well with your hands. Beat the minced meat on the bottom of the bowl so that it becomes denser and the meatballs do not fall apart when cooking.
Step 6:
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Shape the meatballs with your hands and put them in a mold.
Step 7:
Separately combine sour cream with tomato paste. Add a little water and spices. Add flour. Mix everything well.
Step 8:
Pour a tablespoon of each meatball with the resulting sauce. Put the mold in the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Step 9:
Serve these meatballs as a separate dish or add any side dish or vegetables. Bon appetit!
Such meatballs can be prepared with a reserve. Bake the required amount in the oven, and place the remaining meatballs on a board and put them in the freezer. When they freeze, put them in a bag and leave them in the freezer. If necessary, take out the right amount and cook over medium heat. They will both defrost and get ready.
Meat for cooking meatballs can be used absolutely any or combine several types - pork, chicken, beef. The most important thing is that the meat is fresh.
Such meatballs are one of the best options for preparing a hearty lunch or dinner for your family. They turn out juicy, tender, and most importantly - very tasty. And the gravy that is formed during their preparation can be poured over the side dish.
Very tasty!
