Cooking method
1. Put the rice in a saucepan, pour water so that it covers it by 1.5 cm. Cook until the rice has absorbed the water.
2. Scroll through the meat grinder chicken breast fillet.
3. Finely chop the cabbage.
4. Mix minced meat, cabbage, rice, egg well in a bowl. Then add salt.
5. Make small round cutlets from the resulting minced meat and put them in a frying pan with high sides.
6. For the sauce, mix 300 g of tomatoes in their own juice and 100 g of sour cream in a blender. Then add finely chopped herbs and salt.
7. Season the cabbage rolls with tomato sauce, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes.
